MARION COUNTY, OR - On March 25, 2025, just before 3:15 a.m., Adam Mansour, 40, an adult in custody (AIC), was found unresponsive in his cell at the Marion County Jail.
Despite immediate efforts by deputies and medical staff to administer CPR and call for additional emergency personnel, their lifesaving measures were unsuccessful, and Mr. Mansour was pronounced deceased. The cause and manner of death is still under investigation, no additional information is available for release currently.
In accordance with the Marion County Sheriff's Office policy, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office has been asked to investigate this incident as an independent law enforcement agency. Our deepest condolences go to Mr. Mansour’s family.
