MANCHESTER, KY (February 16, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting: On February 16, 2019 at approximately 11:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards was dispatched to a residence on Wooton Drive of an intoxicated female subject was damaging the inside of the house and breaking items.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards came in contact with Nicole Sumner age 31, Deputy Brandon Edwards ran her information through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had an active warrant for her arrest.
She was placed into custody.
