MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at approximately 2:00 a.m., Deputy Michael Gilliam received a call for service through Clay 911 in reference to a dispute on Lipps Branch Road.
Upon arrival Deputy Gilliam spoke with the mother of Riley Beckner, 46, of Manchester, KY. She stated that Beckner had been extremely irate and talking very vulgar to her and his father.
She also advised that Beckner had prior violence charges from assaulting her in the past and that he was not supposed to be back at the residence due to his bond conditions.
Deputy Gilliam confirmed with Clay 911 and they advised that Beckner had a bond condition in which he was not supposed to be back near the victim of the prior incident.
Riley Beckner was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.

This individual was lodged in the the Clay County Detention Center.
