Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jeremy Gabbard arrested Alyshia Estep age 32 of Lost Fork Road on January 13, 2019 at approximately 4:30 PM.
The arrest occurred a half of mile South of Manchester at Collins Game Room. Deputy Jeremy Gabbard received a complaint of an intoxicated female at Collins Game Room.
Upon arrival Deputy Gabbard made contact with the above mentioned subject, she had slurred speech and was uneasy on her feet. Deputy Gabbard determined she was manifestly under the influence and was a danger to herself or others.
Once the females information was ran through Clay County 911 it was confirmed she had an active warrant out of Perry County District Court. During the search of the female Deputy Gabbard located an assortment of illegal narcotics on her person.
Alyshia Estep was charged with Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (excludes alcohol), Possession of Controlled Substance, 2nd Degree- Drug Unspecified, Illegal Possession of legend drug and serving bench warrant for other police agency.
