MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Sunday, August 11, 2024, Deputy Dustin Henson assisted by Deputy Michael Gilliam arrested Carlos Wagers, age 34 of Manchester.
After conducting an investigation Deputy Henson arrested the suspect for a firearm violation along with an FTA charge and he was transported to the Clay County Detention Center for processing.
Carlos Wagers was charged with:
- Possession of a Handgun by Convicted Felon
- Failure to Appear
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
