Manchester, Ky. (January 3, 2019) - Joseph C. White has appointed Haley Jo Fields and Richard Couch to serve as his Assistant County Attorneys.
Haley Jo Fields comes to the Clay County Attorney’s office after working for over seven years with the Department of Public Advocacy as a criminal defense attorney.
Richard Couch previously served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney and is currently a Major in the Kentucky Army National Guard, assigned to the 63rd Theater Aviation Brigade.
Fields and Couch were sworn in by Judge Oscar Gayle House on January 3rd, 2018 in the Clay County Circuit Court Room.
New Clay County Attorney Joseph C. White was sworn in on December 27, 2018, his first day in office begin Monday December 31, 2018 at 4:31 PM.
