PRESTONSBURG KY – The Kentucky State Police Post 9, Pikeville is asking for the public’s assistance as part of an ongoing missing person investigation.
KSP Post 9, Pikeville was contacted on Saturday November 16, 2024, in reference to a missing Pike County man. The initial investigation indicated that Michael Fogleman, 26 years-old of Virgie, KY, was last seen on November 12, 2024 in the Prestonsburg community of Floyd County.
Michael Fogleman is described as;
- A white male, age 26
- 6’0” tall
- 188 lbs.
- Brown hair
- Brown eyes
