London, Ky. (October 25, 2018) – Kentucky State Police Post 11, London is requesting citizen’s help in locating John Lewis-Shane Kirby, 34, of Mount Vernon, KY. He is wanted on several felony burglary and probation violation warrants.
Kirby is a male white, 5’11, 175 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes and believed to be in the Pulaski and Rockcastle County areas.
