Greenville, KY – The Kentucky State Police are investigating a Muhlenberg County man after he was reported in reference to an inappropriate relationship with a child.
Through the investigation, it was determined that Charles “Eric” Lee, 30, of Graham, was engaging in illegal sexual contact with a 11 year old female. As a result of the investigation, Lee was arrested on March 23rd and lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center on the following charges:
• Rape 1st Degree, victim less than 12
• Sodomy 1st Degree, victim less than 12
• Prohibited Use of Electronic Communication System to Procure a Minor in a Sex Offense
The investigation is ongoing by Detective Brandon McPherson.
