LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen arrested Troy Wagers JR, age 39 of Corbin on Tuesday afternoon November 5, 2024 at approximately 2:08 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY 490 approximately 4 miles north of London after Deputy Allen was dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a trespass complaint at a business there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Allen located the suspect and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence.
Troy Wagers JR was charged with:
- Public intoxication – controlled substances
- Criminal trespassing – third-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
