Drug complaint investigated - Three arrests at Corbin Manor

Laurel County, KY -  Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Kevin Berry arrested three individuals at Corbin Manor Apartments approximately 13 miles south of London on Friday afternoon March 2, 2018 at approximately 4:15 PM.

The arrests occurred while the Sheriff's office was investigating a drug complaint and encountered a male subject in the breezeway of one of the apartments.

While conducting the investigation and checking for warrants on individuals there, the male subject began yelling and cursing and creating a disturbance there.

While trying to diffuse the situation, the male subject struggled with Sgt. Berry, and following a brief scuffle was taken into custody.

Deputies found numerous items of drug paraphernalia in the possession of the male subject and two female subjects there.

Those arrested included:

Ralph G. Stacy age 51 of Corbin Manor Apts, Corbin was charged with disorderly conduct – -2nd degree; public intoxication – controlled substances; menacing; resisting arrest; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Denise Gray age 37 of Crisp Court, Williamsburg charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Also charged on a Knox District Court Bench Warrant of arrest charging Failure to Appear in Court on Flagrant Non support .In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence; driving on DUI suspended license – first offense; and other traffic violations.

Jennifer Lynn Collier age 46 of W. Laurel Rd., London charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Also assisting was Detective Kyle Gray, Sgt. Brett Reeves, Lieut. Greg Poynter, Capt. Chuck Johnson, Deputy Keith Dinsmore, Deputy Jamie Etherton, Deputy Jake Miller, CSO Brent France, and Bailiff Roy Ball.

All three individuals arrested were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
