IRVINE, KY – On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, was contacted by the Estill County Board of Education regarding allegations that an assistant coach at Estill County High School had been involved in inappropriate relationships with two students.
Following the initial investigation, 22 year old, Samual Dustin Beeler of Irvine, KY, was arrested and lodged in the Three Forks Regional Jail in Lee County.
Samual Beeler faces charges of two counts of:
- Rape in the 3rd Degree
- Procuring or Promoting the Use of a Minor by Electronic Means
The investigation is ongoing and is being led by KSP Post 7 Trooper Starlin Hacker.
