Mr. Trevor Allen States, age 24 of Lexington, Kentucky passed away Monday, September 1, 2014 at his home.

Michael Sizemore, 45, of Manchester passed away Thursday September 4th, 2014 at the University of Tennessee Hospital in Tennessee.
