(Harlan, Ky.) -  On July 20, 2015, at 1:15 A.M. Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call from the Harlan County Detention Center.

(CUMBERLAND, MD) – An autopsy on July 17, 2015 identified the cause of death and confirmed a state prison inmate found deceased in his cell on July 16, 2015 in Allegany County was murdered.

Grant "Bunk" Smith age 76 of London, formerly of Manchester passed away on July 18, 2015.

Mrs. Jean Stevens Sams, age 66 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 16, 2015 at her home.
