HULEN, KY (November 22, 2020) – The Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call from the Pineville Hospital on September 21, 2017 about a possible female rape victim. Trooper Josh Messer responded to the hospital and began an investigation.

LONDON, Ky. – A former Rockcastle County Deputy Jailer, Derek Steven Clark, 25 ,was sentenced to 39 months in federal prison on Thursday, before U.S. District Court Judge Claria Horn Boom, for violating the civil rights of an inmate in his custody.

Owner Of Multiple Rehabilitation Facilities In Kentucky Federally Indicted For Health Care Fraud

PIKEVILLE, KY – An investigation that started in the fall of 2018 has led to the federal indictment of Eugene Sisco III. Sisco is the owner of several rehabilitation facilities in Pike, Floyd and Harlan Counties, who since 2016 is alleged to have been illegally charging patients cash for services that were covered by Medicaid and fraudulently billing Medicaid.

New Grant Award: Grace Health Distance Learning and Telemedicine Project

Grace Health was recently awarded a grant from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) in the amount of $790,400 through their Distance Learning and Telemedicine (DLT) Grant Program, administered by the Rural Utilities Service (RUS).
