Jeremy Gabbard, CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb, CSO Deputy Shawn Curry, CSO Deputy Darrell Goins, CSO Deputy Derick Carr, Deputy Cody Blackwell and Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Eric Miller, 38 and Amber Collis, 27 of North Highway 421.
