MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 23, 2021 Clay County Sheriff Detective Jeff Kelsey along with Detectives with the Kentucky State Police and Emergency Management Officials conducted numerous searches within Clay County regarding active missing person cases of Robert “Bob” Estep and David Campbell.
BIG CREEK, KY - On March 22, 2021 at 7:51 PM, Kentucky State Police Post -11 London received a complaint of possible human remains located in the Big Creek Community of rural Clay County
