Monticello, KY– The Kentucky State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement responded Thursday to a motor vehicle crash located on KY 834 in Wayne County, Kentucky.

TILLAMOOK COUNTY, OR - On Thursday, September 7, 2023, at approximately 6:00 P.M., the Oregon State Police (OSP) responded to a residence in Rockaway Beach to assist a Tillamook County Deputy, who was requesting assistance with an agitated suspect.

Kentuckians have been faced with high energy bills and increasing costs at the pump and grocery store. These costs will only continue to rise as utility companies plan premature retirements of coal-fired power plants and transition to more expensive, less reliable forms of energy.

Growth and prosperity start with affordable and reliable power. Coal has consistently been the cheapest form of electricity, and for years Kentucky was known for having some of the lowest utility rates in the nation. However, that has changed over the last decade, due to the premature retirement and replacement of coal plants at a time when energy demand is greater than ever.

LINCOLN COUNTY, OR - On Thursday, September 7, 2023, at approximately 2:15 P.M., the Oregon State Police responded to a vehicle versus motorcycle crash on Hwy-101, near milepost 155, in Lincoln County.

JACKSON COUNTY, OR - On Wednesday, September 6, 2023, at approximately 11:20 P.M., the Oregon State Police responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian crash on Hwy-62, near milepost 7, in Jackson County.
