LANCASTER, KY – On Friday, Kentucky Treasurer-elect Mark Metcalf announced State Representative Josh Bray and Caroline Cash will serve as Chairs of his transition team. Elected in 2020, Representative Bray co-chairs the General Assembly’s Jail & Corrections Reform Task Force and is the Vice-Chair of the House’s Local Government Committee.
