Pulaski County, Kentucky Man Indicted for Cyber Intrusion, Identity Theft, and Bank Fraud

LONDON, KY - The U.S. Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Kentucky is reporting that a Somerset, Ky., man, Jesse Kipf, 38, has been indicted by a federal grand jury sitting in London, on five counts of computer fraud, three counts of aggravated identity theft, and two counts of making false statements on applications in connection with federally insured financial institutions.

FRANKFORT, KY –  A major step forward in modernizing the state’s vehicle information database is approaching as transportation officials migrate to a new, customer-centric system. All County Clerk offices will temporarily pause in-person and online motor and vessel-related services in early January to accommodate the transition.
