Wiley Saylor, age 84 passed away Wednesday at Tri-Cities Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cumberland.
He was the father of Ruth Ann Nichols, Mona Chumbley and Wiley Saylor all of London and Dora Whitaker of Manchester.
He was the brother of Viola Saylor of Independence, Ky and Howard Saylor of Harlan, Ky.
