Larry "Cornbread" Barker, 71, of Manchester, was born August 12th, 1942, and passed away December 13th, 2013 at the Manchester Memorial Hospital.
He was long time owner and operator of WKLB Radio and was affiliated with the Remnant Bread of Life.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Barker, of Island Creek, his daughter, Lara Elise Oblander, and husband Jeff, of Louisville, KY, along with one grandchild, Kaeden Lynn Oblander.
Also surviving are two brothers, Ron Barker, of Mendota, VA, and Dennis Barker, of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
A visitation for Larry "Cornbread" Barker will be held Sunday from 6-8 PM at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will take place in the American Legion Field at Big Stone Gap, Virginia.
