Mrs. Barbara Ann Winkfein Hibbard was born on Wednesday, April 18, 1951 in Odessa, Texas to the union of Andrew and Verna Winkfein. She departed this life on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at her home.
She was a member of the Grace Fellowship Church.
She is the wife of Larry Wayne Hibbard and is survived by her grandson: Dylan Wagers, her brother: Terry Winkfein of Columbia, Tennessee, and her sister: Patty Yancy of Ringo, Georgia. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews, other relatives, loved ones and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents: Andrew and Verna Winkfein, and her daughter: Tabitha Hibbard.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Winkfein Hibbard will be conducted on Saturday, October 5, at 5 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Dale Campbell will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5 after 2 PM until the funeral hour at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Rominger Funeral Home.
