Cecil "Pop" Gray, 91, of Manchester, was born, January 29th, 1922, and passed away, Monday, August 12th, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his children: Russell Gray, and wife, Joan, Marietta Smith, and husband, Walker, Glenda Dezarn, Brenda Dezarn, and husband, Clarence, and Jeanette House, all of Gooserock, 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving are these brothers and sisters, J.C. Gray, of Manchester, George Gray, of London, Bertha Gibbs, of Albany, Georgia, and Myrtle Jackson, of Macon, Georgia.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Fronia Hubbard Gray, his daughter, Joetta Gray, and his parents, Frank and Minnie Gray.
He also leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his death.
Funeral services for Cecil "Pop" Gray will be held 1 PM Thursday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Anthony Lovett officiating. Burial will follow in the Charlie Hubbard Cemetery at Gooserock. Visitation will be after 6 PM Wednesday at the Britton Funeral Home
