Bill Bailey, 74, of Manchester, KY, passed away Friday, October 4th, at the Landmark of Laurel Creek Nursing Home. Bill was born in Oneida, KY, on March 15th, 1950, a son of the late Monroe and Haley Thompson Bailey.
Bill is survived by his brother and sister: Joann Grubb and husband Rick of Georgetown and Roland W. Bailey of Manchester.
He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. As well as his ex-wife, Linda Bailey; and Amber and Tyler.
In addition to his parents, Bill is preceded in death by his son, Bill Monroe Bailey, Jr. and by his sisters, Sarah Childs and Betsy Harris.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
