Patricia Smith, 55, of Manchester, KY, passed away Wednesday, July 24th, at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY. Patricia was born in Manchester, KY on January 30, 1969, a daughter of the late Wayne and Vergie Swafford Smith.
Patricia is survived by her son, Johnathon Smith, and her granddaughter, Jaelyn Smith, both of Manchester.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her sister, Pamela Stanley, and her nephew, Donald Wayne Stanley.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
