Evon Foister, Jr., age 52 departed this life on Friday, November 24, 2023. He was born on Friday, December 11, 1970 in Oneida, Kentucky to Evon Foister, Sr. and Rosie (Smith) Foister. He was a member of Spirit of Truth Outreach in Somerset and a retired X-Ray technician.
He leaves to mourn his passing his wife: Sherrie (Purdin) Foister; his children: Brooke Vickers and Eric Foister; Ariel Higgins and Kim Higgins he loved as his own; his grandchildren: Cansas Vickers, Eriana Foister, Alice Lugo, Elena Foister, Payton Knoch, Thea Foister, Maddlin Durham, Felicity Foister, Jaxdenn Higgins.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Evon, Sr. and Rosie Foister; his sister: Sandra Reid and his brother: Carl Wayne Foister.
Funeral Services for Evon Foister, Jr. will be conducted on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 1:00 P. M. at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Dustin York will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Manchester Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends and loved ones on Thursday evening from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel.
