Phyllis Napier, 75, of Manchester, KY, passed away Saturday, February 26th, 2022.
Phyllis was born in Manchester, KY on May 21, 1946, a daughter of Gilbert and Hannah Abner Sizemore.
She was preceded in death by her father, Gilbert Sizemore and her husband, Ernest Napier.
Phyllis is survived by her mother Hannah Abner Sizemore, her daughters: Cheryl Strahan and husband Verne of North Richland Hills, TX, and Rhonda White of Manchester, KY.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Stephanie Prince, Jason Strahan and wife Susan, Bill Ed White and wife Sarah, and Jennings Bryan White; her great-grandchildren: Cameron Strahan, Gracie Strahan, Max Prince, Alex Prince, Issac Prince, Mason White, and Hazelee White; and by a host of brothers, sisters, family, and friends.
In addition to her father, Gilbert Sizemore and her husband, Ernest Napier, Phyllis was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Bill White.
No Services will be held at this time.
