Gracie Smith, 82, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, September 30th, at her home. Gracie was born in Beverly, KY on June 2, 1939, a daughter of the late Sollie and Mattie Grubb Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Smith.
Gracie is survived by her daughter and two sons: Wilma Stepp and husband Kenneth of Burning Springs, Denzel Smith, and Daniel Smith, both of Goose Rock.
She is also survived by four grandchildren: Carson Kenneth Stepp, Conrad Stephen Stepp, Julie Anna Smith, and Curtis Smith.
In addition to her husband and parents, Gracie was preceded in death by her son, Curtis Glenn Smith.
Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 3rd at Old Indian Grave Branch Baptist Church, with Kenneth Jones and Reggie Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at the Smith Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 2nd at Old Indian Grave Branch Baptist Church.
