Ethel Hibbard, 93, of Manchester, KY, passed away Thursday, June 24th, at the Kentucky River Medical Center in Jackson, KY. Ethel was born in Manchester, KY on October 24, 1927, a daughter of the late Hobert and Dora Hensley Garrison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ishmael Hibbard.
Ethel is survived by her two sons: Ishmael Wayne Hibbard and wife Judy, and James Lee Hibbard and wife Teresa, and her daughter, Malinda Marie Hibbard, all of Manchester, and her son-in-law Gary Koska.
She is also survived by her grandchildren: Jana Bordeaux, Ben Hibbard, Destiny Hibbard, Isaiah Hibbard, Johnny Wayne Koska, Maranda Hicks, Karessa Bentley, and Veronica Bentley; 11 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, Ethel was preceded in death by her daughters, Ida Malinda Harris and Earlene Koska; grandchild, Dolores Carr; and her sisters, Eloise Davidson and Loretta Lewis.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 28th at Britton Funeral Home, with George Davidson officiating. Burial will follow in the Beech Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, June 27th at Britton Funeral Home.
