Charles “Butch” Jarvis, age 76, husband of Eva (Root) Jarvis of London, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 26, 2020 at Laurel Heights Home for the Elderly.
He was the father of Greg Jarvis and wife Angie, and Jeff Jarvis and wife Jill all of London, Kentucky; the brother of Opal Faye Parkerson of Louisville, Kentucky. He was also blessed with three grandchildren, Kinley Jarvis, Katie Jarvis, and Colton Jarvis.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Nannie (Gibson) Jarvis; and by one sister, Brenda Kaye Surek.
Butch was a member of Freedom United Baptist Church, a Veteran of the United States Army Reserve, and a retired building contractor.
Private graveside services for Charles “Butch” Jarvis will be conducted with Pastor Adam Hooker officiating.
London Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
