Ray Gregory, age 72 of London, KY passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at his residence. Ray was a veteran of the United States Army and worked as a coal miner and plumber throughout his life. He also attended New Beginning Church.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Jessie Gregory; three children, Rita Michelle Wagner & husband Brian of Star, ID, Stephen Ray Gregory & wife Hannah of Irvine, KY, T.J. Davidson of London, KY; seven siblings, Arthur Randolph Ruth of Staten Island, NY, Buron Gregory of Manchester, KY, Gary Gregory of Irvine, Ky, Kenny Gregory of Clarksville, IN, Vera Gregory Curry of London, KY, Kathleen Hubbard of McKee, KY, Melissa Stamper of London, KY; four grandchildren, Samantha Michelle Dixon, Collin Nathaniel Ray Gregory, Caitlyn Elizabeth Gregory, Connor Wayne Levi Gregory; one great-granddaughter, Peyton Carter Hodge; lifelong friend, Orie “Hack” Stewart; plus a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Gregory & Marie Jewel Hibbard Gregory.
Funeral services for Ray Gregory will be held on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of House-Rawlings Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Colwell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 14, 2019 beginning at 6:00 P.M. also at the funeral home.
The family has entrusted House-Rawlings Funeral Home with the arrangements.
