Willis Ricky Jo Spurlock, 51, of Annville, KY, passed away Monday, July 22nd, 2019 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center.
He was born in Oneida, KY on August 22, 1967, a son of Emma Lee (Smith) Day and Joe Spurlock.
He is survived by his mother, Emma Lee Day of Annville; his sister, Amanda Day of Annville; and his brother Delbert Spurlock of Mt. Vernon.
He is also survived by four nieces: Leanee Spoonmore and husband Phillip, Rachel Spurlock, Alyssa Wilson and Madison Powell; and two nephews: Adam Spurlock and Jayden Hurst.
He is preceded in death by his father Joe Spurlock and his brother, Mendall Keith Day.
Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, July 26th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY, with Wes Fugate, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at the Hounchell Bend Cemetery, KY.
Visitation will be held 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Friday, July 26th at Britton Funeral Home in Manchester, KY.
