Riley Tate Parker, age 21, of Tyner, passed away Wednesday July 11th, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He is survived by his mother Kathy Parker Sizemore and his stepfather Dewayne Sizemore of Tyner.
He is preceded in death by his father Bradley David Parker.
The funeral service for Tate will be held 2:00 PM Monday July 16th, 2018 at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel with Jason Moore and Gary Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in the Engine Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 6:00 PM Sunday at the Britton Funeral Home Chapel.
