Laurel County, Ky - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Gary Mehler arrested Willard Rucker age 41 of Jesson St., Corbin on Friday night September 30, 2016 at approximately 7:15 PM.
This subject was found off West Cumberland Gap Pkwy. approximately 10 miles south of London in possession of his girlfriend's aunt's EBT card.
This individual was charged with knowingly fraudulently using ID card or electronic code for benefits.
In addition, this subject was charged on a Knox County circuit court bench warrant of arrest with bail jumping – first-degree.
Willard Rucker was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
