Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Shannon Jones along with Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested Robert Oliver age 45 of Berrenwood Ln., Berea on Sunday afternoon July 17, 2016 at approximately 1:38 PM.
The arrest occurred on West Laurel Rd., approximately 5 miles west of London after deputies investigated a serious traffic collision involving this subject where two people were injured and flown out for treatment of injuries.
Deputies conducted an investigation on this driver and determined that he was under the influence.
Robert Oliver was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; and no operator's license and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
