LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Detective Taylor McDaniel is conducting a death investigation regarding the discovery of a deceased individual found off Forestry Road off Hal Rogers Parkway approximately 6 miles west of London on Thursday afternoon April 24, 2025 at approximately 3:00 PM.
The individual had been a reported missing individual out of Somerset , last seen April 21st, 2025 investigated by Somerset city police department and is identified as Robert Caddell age 34, pronounced deceased at the scene.
Robert Caddell was last seen on April 21, 2025, around noon in the East Saddlebrook area of Somerset, KY. He was wearing a neon yellow sweatshirt and blue jeans.
No foul play is suspected.
Laurel Sheriff's Detective Tommy Houston, and Detective Hunter Disney assisted on the investigation.
The Laurel County Coroner’s Office also assisted on this investigation.
