Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective James Sizemore along with Deputy Tommy Houston arrested a female subject of Jenny Ln., Corbin, on Wednesday night, April 13, 2016, at approximately 11:09 PM.
The arrest occurred off W. Cumberland Gap Pkwy., approximately 9 miles south of London after this subject was found to be in possession of another individuals EBT card.
Juanita Barnett was charged with knowingly fraudulently using ID card or electronic code for benefits.
This subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
