Manchester women accused of shoplifting

Corbin, KY - The Corbin Police Department reported on Sunday, April 3, 2016 the arrests of two Manchester women by Officer Ptl. Ken Proffitt charging each with shoplifting.

Arrested was:

Carol Massey age 59 of Manchester Ky.

Haley Sizemore age 53 of Manchester Ky.
