(Coldiron, Ky.) – On December 30, 2015, at 3:05 pm, Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan, received a call concerning a male who had suffered a gunshot wound at his residence on Abe Hill Road in the Coldiron Community of Harlan County.
At this time, KSP detectives are collecting evidence and conducting interviews to determine if foul play is suspected. The victim, whose name is not being released, was flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center and is listed in critical condition.
Case is under investigation by KSP Detective Josh Howard.

At this time foul play is not suspected concerning the male individual who suffered a gunshot wound at his residence on Abe Hill in Harlan County. Case is still under investigation by Det. Josh Howard.
