Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective Jason Back arrested Bobby Elza age 47 Slate Lick Church Rd., London on Monday afternoon November 30, 2015 at approximately 2:15 PM.
The arrest occurred off old Ky 30 approximately 4 miles north of London after this subject was observed circling a business, harassing a female, yelling at her and parking behind her and not allowing her to leave that location.
An investigation was conducted and it was determined that this subject had an active DVO (domestic violence order) against him.
Bobby Elza was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO and harassment and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
Sgt. Brett Reeves assisted on the arrest.
