Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Brett Reeves along with Detective Kevin Berry investigated a serious injury single vehicle traffic crash which occurred on Cherry Avenue, approximately 11 miles south of London on Thursday morning October 29, 2015 at approximately 9 A.M.
The investigating deputies report that the driver apparently lost control of a Jeep on Cherry Avenue and the vehicle overturned on its side ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
The driver was identified as: Lloyd Saylor age 56 of Corbin – Airlifted from the scene to UK Hospital in Lexington for treatment.
Assisting at the scene of the crash was Ambulance Inc. of Laurel County and West Knox Volunteer Fire Department.
