LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested Ralph Martin Brown, age 52, of Horse Cave, KY on Tuesday evening November 5, 2024 at approximately 5:25 PM.
The arrest occurred on E. Hal Rogers Pkwy. approximately 2 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Operating on suspended or revoked operator's license
Ralph Martin Brown was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
