Laurel County, Kentucky - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested Virginia Wagnor age 54 of Old State Rd., London on Monday night August 17, 2015 at approximately 11:14 PM. The arrest occurred off Old State Road after Deputy Jackson was dispatched to a possible disturbance. Upon arrival at the scene, Deputy Jackson conducted an investigation and determined that this subject was a fugitive from Kenton County, Ky. Virginia Wagnor was charged on a Kenton County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a probation violation charge.
