MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson reports that on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, Deputy Sgt. Wes Brumley, assisted by Manchester Police Officer, Derrick Carr, arrested Jonathon Smith on a parole warrant.
During the warrant arrest and subsequent search of the suspect, Sgt. Brumley located a clear bag with a crystal like substance in the watch pocket of the suspect.
In addition to the parole warrant, Jonathon Smith, age 30 of Manchester, KY was also charged for the drugs.
Jonathon Smith was arrested for:
- POSS CONT SUB 1ST DEG 1ST OFF (DRUG UNSPECIFIED)
- SERVING PAROLE VIOLATION WARRANT
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
