Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Andrew Lawson arrested Heather Abner age 31 Of Kennedy Ave., Corbin on Wednesday night June 3, 2015 at approximately 11:50 P.M.
The arrest occurred on W. Cumberland Gap Pkwy., approximately 10 miles south of London after Deputy Lawson was dispatched to a complaint involving this subject.
When Deputy Lawson arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation he learned that this subject was the driver of a black Pontiac G6 that had driven to a business there.
Allegedly, this subject was passing out and coming back to.
Following an investigation conducted by Deputy Lawson this subject was determined to be under the influence.
Heather Abner was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
