Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Robbie Grimes along with Deputy Rick Cloyd and Deputy Keith Dinsmore arrested a Lily resident on Thursday evening March 5, 2015 at approximately 6:27 P.M..
Arrested was Alex Goetz age 29 Of Braxton Lane, Lily, KY.
The arrest occurred off Vanzant Road, approximately 9 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint.
Upon arrival at the scene, deputies learned that this subject had allegedly pushed a female victim down in the presence of her children.
Upon arrest, this subject screamed and cursed and continued to do so outside the residence in close proximity of other residences creating a disturbance.
Alex Goetz was charged with assault – 4th degree- domestic violence and disorderly conduct – second-degree and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
