Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd charged a Clay County man on Saturday night February 7, 2015 at approximately 9 P.M.
Arrested was Benny Fugate age 45 of N. Hwy. 421, Manchester, KY.
The charges occurred after Deputy Cloyd contacted Clay County Sheriff's office and requested they locate and arrest this subject on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest.
Following their assistance in arresting this subject on U.S. 421 north of Manchester, Deputy Cloyd charged Benny Fugate on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a flagrant nonsupport warrant.
