FRANKLIN, KY (April 24, 2025) – At just after 10:00 A.M., the Kentucky State Police Post 3 in Bowling Green received a call from the Simpson County Jail about an escaped inmate.
KSP troopers arrived on scene at the jail.
The escaped individual has been identified as Christian Jones, described as:
- A 50-year-old white male
- He is 5 feet 10 inches tall
- Brown hair Blue eyes
Mr. Jones walked away from a work detail in the area of North College Street and was last seen in a blue Subaru Baja heading toward Tennessee.
The investigation is ongoing and will be led by Trooper Adam Morgan.
