MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Thursday, February 6, 2025 Deputy Michael Gilliam assisted by Deputy Dakota Taylor and the Manchester City Police arrested Corteland Hines, 23, of Manchester.
Once police made contact with the suspect identified as Corteland Hines, age 23, of Manchester, KY, he was taken into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Corteland Hines was charged with:
- FUGITIVE (WARRANT NOT REQUIRED)
- FAILURE TO APPEAR
- FAILURE TO APPEAR-FAILURE TO APPEAR
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
